NeoForge 1.21.1 is deprecated; Verity BE documents ellipses and missing dialogue causes; PnTMC requires Beta APIs; Verity JE speech was tested only in English.

Diagnostic rule

The registry records symptom, edition, version, failing stage, evidence level, workaround, fixed-in release, and status. A workaround is not marked fixed until the maintainer release or our test proves it.
